This project consisted of two structures – a 128,000 square foot, five story Arts and Humanities building (including below grade parking garage), and 62,000 square foot three story Business Technology building. This was a LEED Gold project. This project had a multitude of various HVAC systems, and a variety of air delivery technology incorporated into a very tight concrete structure.
