Their first landmark hotel was the 511 room, 32 story Ballpark Omni Hotel in downtown San Diego built in 2004 which included its own heating plant and tied into one of the downtown San Diego central chilled water plants. They have been doing all types of hotels ever since, including some landmark hotels and meeting spaces.
