Reliable Commercial HVAC Construction in Southern California
With BCM on board early (preferably during pre-construction planning), owners are assured mechanical systems that have been well thought-out and developed, from concept and schematic design, through end-user systems training.
Our construction team is involved very early on in our process, and once we have secured a project, a project manager is assigned and is very involved in our preconstruction process, whether it be design-build or plans and specs. Once we have developed our coordinated building model, we bring in our entire field leadership team to review the project objectives so that all expectations are fully communicated and agreed to well before construction begins.
Once construction begins, BCM utilizes its own workforce to provide and install all HVAC sheet metal, HVAC piping, process piping, start up, and commissioning of our systems. We typically use a third party for Test and Balance so the owner is assured an independent contractor is certifying the performance of our installation.
